Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all your data. No email required, no questions asked.
How do I report a review, photo, or user?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any check-in (or long-press a comment) and choose Report. You can also block a user from their profile — you’ll never see their content again.
A café’s "pours" info is wrong — how do I fix it?
Open the place, tap the pours row, and set the correct matcha. The newest identification replaces the old one and starts collecting fresh confirmations.
Where does the community score come from?
It’s the average of public check-in ratings at that place — nothing else. Google’s own rating is shown separately for context, labeled "via Google".
Is Chacha free?
Yes. Some "where to buy" links may earn us a small commission, which never affects scores or rankings.
