Chacha is for sharing useful, honest matcha experiences. These rules apply to profiles, check-ins, reviews, comments, photos, tags, and place or product contributions.
Be respectful
Do not post harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual or exploitative material, graphic violence, or content that encourages self-harm or illegal activity. Never target someone because of a protected characteristic.
Share authentic content
- Post your own matcha experiences and photos, and respect intellectual property.
- Do not impersonate others, manipulate ratings, spam, scam, or post deceptive links.
- Keep place, product, price, and “what they pour” contributions relevant and accurate.
- Do not share another person's private information without permission.
Reports and blocking
Use the report control on a check-in or profile, or long-press a comment. You can block a user from their profile or a check-in menu; blocked accounts cannot see each other's content. For urgent safety concerns, email support@matchacha.app. We aim to review every report within 24 hours.
Enforcement
We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account based on context, severity, and repeat behavior. Automated filters can prevent publication; reports are reviewed by an operator. To appeal an action, contact support with the account and content details you can safely provide.
