In Chacha, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the warning to permanently remove your authentication account and associated Chacha profile, check-ins, comments, photos, saves, follows, notifications, and push token.
If you cannot access the app, email support@matchacha.app from the address on the account. We will verify ownership before deletion and explain any legally required retention. Never send a password, recovery code, or access token.
Deletion is permanent. Provider backups and security records may remain only for their documented limited retention periods before automatic expiry.
